Classes will be held inside the enchanting Garden Room of Bexley’s Jeffrey Mansion.
Session 1: RELEASE (Monday, February 12th @6:30p)
Designed to help unlock shoulder, neck & hip tightness that often manifests during the colder months. Find greater mobility & release tension through a combination of yogic hip/shoulder openers, relaxation techniques & breathwork. A take-home pouch is included to help RELEASE beyond the mat.
Session 2: CLEANSE (Monday, February 19th @6:30p)
Designed to help declutter your mind & stimulate circulation in the body. Rejuvenate your spine & spirit through a blend of gentle yogic twists, cleansing breathwork & meditation. A take-home pouch is included to help CLEANSE beyond the mat.
Session 3: NOURISH (Monday, February 26th @6:30p)
Designed to help cultivate deep relaxation in the body & mind. Nourish yourself with Yin-inspired yoga, soul-soothing techniques & the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to aid in calming the nervous system. A take-home pouch is included to help NOURISH beyond the mat.
